Cleator CC

Welcome to Cleator Cricket Club's web site

Cleator is a small village situated in West Cumbria, between the Irish Sea at St. Bees and the Lakeland fells surrounding Ennerdale Lake.

The Cricket Club runs three weekend league teams and are setting the standard of excellence for junior cricket in the county.

Cleator cricket club are proud to welcome back their australian professional paul duffett for the 2009 season. This year, we are hoping that some of our younger players will step up to the plate and deliver in our first team. Our second team will again have a good balance of experiance and devolping youth. The third team will be hoping to carry on their winning ways after another successful season last year.

The junior squads will hopefully continue to provide youngsters of the finest quality for the county and North of England teams. If you have a child who is interested in cricket, why not bring them down on a match day and meet our fully qualified coaching staff?

To join Cleator Cricket Club click on the link below or come down to the pavilion on match days. Watch some cricket, have a drink and make yourself known - you're sure of a warm welcome!
